Working Student – Customer Success & Operations
Who we are
We're building the operating system for materials analysis. Right now, researchers spend far too much time battling outdated tools just to analyze their minerals data. That slows down progress in fields like renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, advanced materials and mining. We're fixing it! In just 18 months, Momentum Transfer has gone from spinout to seed-funded startup to the go-to platform for synchrotron-quality powder X-ray diffraction as a service. More than 2,300 researchers already rely on us to push their work forward.
Key Responsibilities
- • Handle customer inquiries via email and coordinate technical questions
- • Review customer requests; follow up when clarification is needed
- • Track sample shipments and prepare customs proforma invoices
- • Maintain customer data, help pages, and quotations (CRM/HubSpot)
- • Support events, marketing research, and team tasks as needed
Who this is for
- • Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student+
- • Very good German and English skills
- • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- • Good working expertise with Office Software Suites (we use Google Workspace)
- • Bonus: customer service experience, CRM knowledge, interest in tech/science
